Patients pay an annual fee, and in return, have access to a personal physician 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Dr. Yael Vidal becomes a partner in your healthcare and focuses on proactive disease prevention with a “whole body and person” approach. In other words, your physician gets to know you and your family as well as your interests and activities, your goals, and any and all factors that play a role in your overall health and well-being.

Your annual fee includes the personalized services and medical care provided by Dr. Yael Vidal and her staff, including an annual executive physical exam (including labs), same-day / next day sick visit appointments, frequent follow-up visits, prescribing required medications and their required refills, unhurried comprehensive appointments, referrals to MRI / CT / Ultrasound and imaging services, and addressing any medical concerns that you wish to discuss with Dr Vidal on a regular basis. Further included are phone and email consultations with Dr. Vidal, as well as direct access to Dr. Vidal's mobile phone for after hours and urgent medical issues or medical concerns.

The annual membership fee starts at $5,000, depending on the medical complexity of the patient; paid at the time of signing a contract. We accept personal checks; 3% credit card processing fee is added if paying by credit card. We will be happy to further discuss with you in a free meet-and-greet.

Dr Vidal will bill your Health Insurance for office visits and medical services rendered during each visit. However, patients will not be billed for co-pays or insurance co-payments. Your Health Insurance will be used to cover office visits with Dr Vidal as well as other healthcare needs such as prescriptions, hospitalizations, laboratory tests, imaging studies, and medical care from specialists.
